An activist in the commercial fishing industry, Vicki supports and promotes sustainable fishing practices. Vicki has written and published “the Chef and I” with top Noosa chef Paul Leete. A cook book on how to simply prepare stylish and sensational seafood. Vicki also keeps her ‘hand’ in as a part time seal trainer at Underwater World!
