Vice President, Nicole MacDonald – 4U Accountants
After graduating as a New Zealand Chartered Accountant, Nicole gained experience in the public accounting arena with Coopers and Lybrand (NZ) and in the commercial sector as Group Accountant for a NZ public company. Since moving to Australia, Nicole completed her Masters in Business Administration degree while acting as a consultant to a variety of SME’s.After working on the Gold Coast in both commercial and public accounting firms, Nicole founded 4U Accountants, a Business Advisory and Chartered Accountant Practice.
Her mantra ‘Working with you for you’ encompasses her passion for working closely with business owners to achieve successful and sustainable businesses. Nicole is a proud supporter of the Brisbane Roar Football Team.

I initially began Interior Decorating, (teaching and practising) for several years. Then retailing for 17 years. I joined BWi in 2005, personally hoping to meet other business women to share experiences and inspiration. Professionally, I hoped to continue learning through the contact with other women and forums, and to look for future business opportunities.BWi has been an inspiration on all levels, I have learnt, been inspired (constantly), met many wonderful women and enjoyed the journey. Treasurer, Kayleen Wood – Kodo Pacific
Kayleen consults on Education Design and delivers Professional Development programs, at KODO Pacific Pty Ltd. With experience in higher education, human resources and corporate accounting, she explores business models with a relationship focus. As a connector, Kayleen has the ability to draw on her diverse experience and knowledge base, to identify and create links with people, working environment and context, designing processes and paths to achieve desired objectives. Her goal is to continue to bring her organisational skills, and energy and passion to motivate others, working with not for profit social enterprises dedicated to education and awareness.
Rehana Adcock – Adcock Management, Administrator for BWi
After 16 years working in the film and television industry around Australia, Rehana moved into the world of Event Management on the Gold Coast. She now runs her own company called Adcock Management and has several charity and corporate clients. Rehana was a founding member of BWi.
Natasha Gray- Suncorp
Natasha Gray is a Business Banking Manager for Suncorp Bank on the Gold Coast, with her career in banking spanning the past 13 years. Natasha is a proud Gold Coast local, born and raised, and a founding member of BWI. She has travelled through Asia and enjoyed time in Darwin at the start of her career, moving back to the Gold Coast in 2004. Natasha specialises is Management Rights finance for Suncorp and is a registered Commissioner of Declarations with the QLD Justice of the Peace Office.
Lydia practises in the fields of Commercial Litigation, Banking, Insurance, and all aspects of Business Law. She has over 25 years experience conducting litigation and dispute resolution matters in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Region.Lydia’s primary area of interest centres on educating and protecting clients to minimise their exposure to legal claims, disputes and to avoid litigation.Lydia qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 1981 and obtained her Masters of Law from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom in 1983. She was admitted as a legal practitioner of the High Court of New Zealand in 1983, the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 1987 and in Queensland in 2003.

After a career in Business Management for companies such as Myer and Sportscraft, and in her own stores, Susan retired to the Coast only to find stopping was not for her. The products and environmental ethics of the Arbonne company beckoned, and Susan now works with clients from the Wellness Medical Precinct at Benowa, and trains new Consultants to achieve their own success.
