<p>Lisa Curry, the winner of 15 gold, 7 silver and 8 bronze International medals, is the only Australian swimmer to have held Commonwealth and Australian records in every stroke except backstroke. She competed in three Olympics; Moscow in 1980, Los Angeles in 1984 and Barcelona in 1992. </p>
<p>An expert on self-management, Lisa juggles family, sport, business and leisure time to create a lifestyle that is challenging, rewarding, satisfying, sometimes stressful, but mostly fun. She says that real success is living your life the way you want it to be, that life is full of opportunities and the direction you take is totally up to you. Lisa’s business interests include property development, aviation, promotional services, personal endorsements and health and fitness books. </p>

<p>As we wind down towards the end of each year we find ourselves so busy we can barely think straight – then just as suddenly Christmas is over and our thoughts turn towards the new year – we make new year’s resolutions we never keep and more often than not we dread the thought of going back to work.</p>
<p><strong>So how do we change this – how do we reignite our passion for our work, our businesses, ourselves.  </strong></p>
<p align="center"><strong>Our February forum will be an interactive session that will inspire and motivate you to reignite your passion or in some cases ‘find your passion’</strong></p>
<p>Nicole is dynamic and passionate,  She runs her own very succesful accounting firm and combines her passion for helping people with working closely with business owners, guiding them through the complex world of tax and accounting. Nicole believes that loving what you do is the first step towards success<br />.</p>

We were very pleased to bestow a Life Membership to Jan Billett for her outstanding support of Business Women Incorporated since its inception and for her service on the management committee for many years.  Thanks, Jan, we love you and will miss having you on the committee.<br />

Special mention to 2 other girls who didn’t stand for re-election:  past president, Judi Reid and committee member, Lisa Sommerville.  Thanks for all your help girls and we’re sure we’ll see you at BWi events in the coming months.  Special mention and thanks also to Angela Newstead who celebrated 6 years in the role of secretary.  She, too, has decided not to stand for re-election, but she stays with us in the role of Administrator.</p>
